Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 P.M.

Harriman City Court has jurisdiction within the City of Harriman over cases involving
violation of City ordinances and adopted codes, such as traffic violations, and parking

If you want to plead guilty and pay for your citation you can do so in person or by mail
anytime prior to your scheduled court date. We currently do not accept Debit/Credit
Cards. We do accept Cash, Check, and Money Order. If you cannot appear on your
scheduled court date, please contact our office for more help.

Animal Control

Responsible for enforcing animal ordinances within the City of Harriman. To report animal
cruelty, abuse, neglect, aggressive animals, animal at large, or any other animal related issue
within the City of Harriman. Animal Control can be reached by calling the Harriman Police
Department’s non-emergency number, 865-882-3383 or after hours and weekends contact the
non-emergency dispatch number, 865-354-8045.
